How and when will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground, and depending on volume and season, orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

For orders valued over $250, signature delivery will be required. (I am not able to replace packages that are stolen/missing after USPS confirms that they have been correctly delivered, as they will not credit them at that point. Thank you for your understanding.)

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I am not able to offer international shipping.

What’s your return policy?

All art sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email me with photos and I’ll make it right.

Commissions?

I am not currently taking commissions. I periodically open books for commissioned works, giving priority to my newsletter subscribers.

Do you have any prints or original works available?

If there are no prints listed in the “Buy” section, I do not have any available. I generally give first notice of available works and prints via my email newsletter, and they are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

I have a rotating selection of original works available at Mojave Flea Trading Post in Yucca Valley.

The best way to find out about new work is via my newsletter, and I keep an updated exhibition schedule here.

Can I get a print in a larger size?

In most cases, no… but I do offer a small catalog of works in larger print sizes from 16x16” up to 24x24”, on a print-to-order basis. Please email hello@kelseywickwire.com with inquiries. (Custom printing is not something that I am able to offer all the time- thanks in advance for your understanding)

Tattoos?

I do not tattoo other people at this time, and I don’t do custom tattoo designs. I do offer a “tattoo pass” for folks that want to use one of my existing works for a tattoo design- it’s a way you can support my work in exchange for permission to use the design, and you can find more info in the “buy” section of my website.
